Positive: ДружелюбWe had a truly pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the lovely and attentive Cecilia, who provided us with detailed instructions for our stay and gave great advice on local attractions. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. It even had a view of the sea — although distant, the shimmering water under the sun was captivating. The sofas and beds were cozy and perfect for relaxing. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Near the reception area, there’s a ping-pong table, a couple of fitness machines, and a space for board games — a nice touch for guests looking to unwind. The beach is just a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel, and a supermarket is only 5 minutes away on foot. We wish we had spent more time here — we really loved it and plan to return next year!
Negative: The bathroom could use some hooks or racks for towels and clothes. We had to place them near the sink, which wasn’t ideal. It’s a very minor issue and didn’t affect our overall impression, but a small stand or hanger would definitely be a useful addition.

Negative: Thought there was too much bread, which felt a bit soft, with the breakfast and some fresh fruit would have been appreciated

Negative: The booking automatically included the cleaning and changing the bedsheets, but it was not clearly mentioned in my booking confirmation so I had to go to the reception in the morning to check with them. Breakfast time and location was not explained to us. The bathroom did not have alight in the shower with my daughter did not like. Toilet was in the dining area which was not very pleasant.

Positive: Excellent Communicaton from the Booking Team prior to visit as we were going to arrive late. Ample parking spacious apartment with all the basics you needed We ordered Breakfast and there were plenty of small resturants in walking distance for a one night meal. In the morning it took just 20 minutes to get the Tunnel so it was perfect and far enough from Calais not to get bothered by Migrants.
Negative: There was no lock on the bathroom door which was a bit embarrasing but other than that some details of where the nearest Supermarket or general store was would have been helpful to get coffee & milk for the evening Otherwise I cannot fault the place.
